Palm Tree Santas

Participation in the Palm Tree Santas is open to all Santas, Mrs. Clauses, spouses elves, friends and suppliers of the Christmas Community to participate in all social functions and enjoy all the fun and fellowship of the Palm Tree Santas.

Participation only requires sending an email to santa@santatb.com  with your name, physical address, email address and telephone number. You will be placed in the Palm Tree Santas database and sent emails detailing any and all PTS activities.

 

Active Membership

Active Member with “Find A Santa” Website Listing

Qualified Santas/Mrs Claus who meet the requirements may request to be listed on the “Find A Santa” PTS website page at any time by completing the application, submitting the Initial Listing fee and providing the necessary documents/photos.

The requirements for listing on the “Find A Santa” page are listed below

  1. Pay Palm Tree Santas an Initial Listing fee of $50* (includes 1st annual)
  2. Approval by Palm Tree Santas Board of Directors.

Annual Requirements

  1. Maintain Membership in IBRBS, pay IBRBS annual dues
  2. Pledge to purchase Background Check annually through IBRBS
  3. Pledge to purchase Liability Insurance annually through IBRBS
  4. Pay Palm Tree Santas a $25** Annual Listing fee.  (9/1-8/31)

You must complete the Application and forward two photos for the listing
 Failure to maintain all four of the requirements at all times will result in an
Immediate suspension of your listing until said requirements have been completed.

In today’s increasingly unstable society parent’s number one concern is the protection of their children. PTS has addressed this concern by requiring that each listed member have an annual criminal background check through IBRBS. We also require each member to purchase liability insurance in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 (aggregate) This level of security provides assurance to parents and the general public that they are dealing with a reputable individual. Please ask the Santa you choose to provide evidence of a clean background check and liability insurance.
